A new legacy begins. The ‘R.M.Williams Corporate Cup’ is a dynamic new initiative designed to foster a team-based atmosphere for our competitors and non-equine industry sponsors. This initiative offers Corporate Sponsors the exclusive opportunity to meet and interact with elite riders and their horses, while gaining behind-the-scenes access to meet the equine stars and enjoy the event’s premium hospitality offerings.​​

How it works...
2025 Adelaide Equestrian Festival – Competitor and Team Information

Every competitor in the 2025 Adelaide Equestrian Festival will be assigned to a team by our Sports Committee. Teams will be evenly divided based on rider level, current form, and experience. Competitors with multiple rides will be asked to nominate one combination. There is no fee for competitors.

A Team Captain will be appointed for each team. The Team Captain will serve as a liaison between the Team Sponsor and the riders. It will be the Team Captain’s responsibility to invite the Team Sponsor to join a Cross Country Course Walk or meet the equine stars, with special one-time stable access (please note, this will be subject to the approval of the FEI Chief Steward and Stable Manager).

Competitors will receive a commemorative R.M.Williams polo, which we request they wear to the ‘Riders Welcome’ event on Wednesday, April 30. Our individual Team Sponsors will also be in attendance, excited to learn who will be on their sponsored team!

An R.M.Williams representative will assist as Team Sponsors take the stage to draw their Team Captain. At this point, the Team Captain will join their Team Sponsor on stage and announce the team members.​ Photo's will follow the Team announcements.

The teams will be identified by the sponsors name, the team with the lowest total penalty points after three phases will be declared the winner of the inaugural cup, a presentation will be made unmounted during the 5-star prize giving.
