There are many different ticketing options available to ensure that you have the best possible experience at the Adelaide Equestrian Festival, ranging from General Admission, to the updated ‘Giddy Up Club’, to the full VIP experience in the VIP Lounge, or check out the *NEW* Lakeside Tavern by the Bates Saddles Rymill Lake for the best view of the water complex on RB Sellars Cross Country Day.

We will continue to offer entry on Thursday 1 May for *FREE* for all festival spectators.
MULTI-DAY PASS
The best way to view all the Festival action is with a Multi-Day Pass, with plenty of options for every budget. New to 2025 is our Premium Access, or try the 'Giddy Up Club' 4-Day pass with exclusive ringside marquee. Secure yourself a coveted seat in the Heritage Grandstand. SATURDAY 3 MAY
The thrill of RB Sellars Cross Country Day can not be beaten. Check out our *NEW* ticketing option with the Lakeside Tavern at the Bates Saddles Rymill Lake where you can reserve a picnic table or pre-order a picnic hamper. Children under 12 remain free in General Admission. Unwind in Victoria Park after Cross Country with live music playing late into the afternoon.
FRIDAY 2 MAY
Experience the beauty and grace of Pryde's Easifeed Dressage Day. Ticket options include General Admission, Heritage Grandstand and the VIP Lounge. Each ticket provides you with access to the Festival hub in Victoria Park to enjoy the world-class competition, Market Place Shopping Village, the ATCO Kids Corral and Main Arena entertainment.
SUNDAY 4 MAY
The podium positions are decided on ATCO Show Jumping Day. Spoil yourself with VIP Lounge tickets for a gourmet buffet, or reserve your seats in the elevated viewing of the Heritage Grandstand. General Admission provides a variety of options with bistro chairs available at the Information Booth for a gold coin donations to our partner charity, the Cancer Council of SA.

GIDDY UP CLUB
'Giddy Up Club' 4-Day Multi-Pass

The 'Giddy Up Club' provides members with exclusive access to a premium-positioned marquee right beside the Gillian Rolton Main Arena. This weatherproof option enables guests access to a cash bar, coffee and food all under one roof!​
Private amenities and tiered seating is included, with ringside casual outdoor chairs and tables under market umbrellas available on the short side of the Main Arena... this means that everyone can enjoy the best 'seats in the house', or choose to view the action undercover via the large screen televisions.​
On Saturday you can watch the 4**** and 5***** competitors as they navigate Cross Country obstacles right beside the marquee in Victoria Park. 'Giddy Up Club' members enjoy exclusive access to the Island on Rymill Lake, with a guaranteed view of the Supertron Big Screen, plus increased seating, and refreshment cart.

The 'Giddy Up Club' is open when Gates open and closes 30-minutes before spectators are to exit the Festival venue.​

VIP LOUNGE
Available on Friday and Sunday as single day ticket or as part of the 'Premium Access 3-Day Pass'.

Access our most elevated VIP hospitality experience overlooking the Gillian Rolton Main Arena and opposite the Heritage Grandstand for the Pryde's Easifeed Dressage Day on Friday 2 May and ATCO Show Jumping Day on Sunday 4 May for the finale and award winners presentations. Immerse yourself in the style, quality and exclusivity of our premium hospitality option, the VIP Lounge.

Guests can enjoy access to the VIP Lounge from 9:00am until 4:00pm, complimentary Tea and Coffee, with a cash bar serving premium South Australian beverages and bespoke cocktails. You will enjoy morning tea and a gourmet 2-course buffet luncheon. This ticket provides all the benefits of General Admission entry plus exclusive access to the VIP Lounge with dedicated food and beverage service.​

LAKESIDE TAVERN

Access our newest premium event space, the Lakeside Tavern where you can enjoy all the excitement of the RB Sellars Cross-Country Day beside our Bates Saddles Rymill Lake water complex. Here Guests will receive a complimentary drink on arrival, among other exclusive giveaways from our partners.

The Lakeside Tavern has a cash bar serving premium South Australian beverages and bespoke cocktails, pre-ordered picnic hampers and private amenities are available for venue patrons only.
The Lakeside Tavern will have ample outdoor furniture, or reserve a premium positioned Picnic Table for an additional fee to avoid missing out. This ticket provides all the benefits of General Admission entry plus exclusive access to the Lakeside Tavern with dedicated beverage vendors.

The Lakeside Tavern will close 30 minutes after the last horse has completed the course, we encourage guests to return to the Festival Hub in Victoria Park to unwind after Cross Country with live music playing from 3:30pm following the days competition.
